This has been a great day (despite the fact that it's monday)! I felt energetic at work, went breakdancing after work, and then shopping. I don't like shopping, but I like wearing new clothes. I found nice shoes and some t-shirts (I'm going to do my own printing on them), though I didn't find what I went looking at the first place: I still need a new pair of jeans. I think the reason why I've felt so energetic today is that a) I had a relaxing weekend, and b) I went exercisign / breakdancing at the afternoon. Last night I also made a decision that I'll start having more energy in my life, meet new people and do new things instead of laying at home too much. I think that you can really DECIDE how you feel if you really master your mind.
