Feeling relaxed, 7.00, by making music

I've been really stressed today, because of some evil "friends" and fast changes in my life, but I managed to put my head into making music for few hours. I really forgot all the stress and now I'm feeling peaceful. Hobbies really do the trick. Tomorrow I'll be taking a swim and some exercising. I'm really waiting for the fall to settle things down, to get back to normal routines and get efficient on things I do. Summer has been wild and fun, but I'm really looking forward for having some peace, meditation and chilling out at the evenings of autumn.

It's been a long working day up till the night, so now I'll be leaving the office to get some sleep. Tomorrow we'll be going for a nice weekend get-together camping with our users from Mikseri.net, an online community we've developed for Finnish music lovers.

Last night I had a great time with my friends and we had did quite a lot of planning some crazy ideas (I always love inventing something new and funny!). Feeling relaxed, 8.92, by excercising

This has been a great day (despite the fact that it's monday)! I felt energetic at work, went breakdancing after work, and then shopping. I don't like shopping, but I like wearing new clothes. I found nice shoes and some t-shirts (I'm going to do my own printing on them), though I didn't find what I went looking at the first place: I still need a new pair of jeans. I think the reason why I've felt so energetic today is that a) I had a relaxing weekend, and b) I went exercisign / breakdancing at the afternoon. Last night I also made a decision that I'll start having more energy in my life, meet new people and do new things instead of laying at home too much. I think that you can really DECIDE how you feel if you really master your mind.
